· 5-Axis Simultaneous Machining: Our primary equipment features cradle-type 5-axis machining centers, completing complex geometries, angled holes, and deep cavities in a single setup to eliminate cumulative errors.
· Specialized Equipment for Critical Features: High-precision EDM machines handle sharp corners and narrow slots inaccessible to CNC, while wire EDM ensures precise fits for sliders and inserts.
· Closed-Loop Dimensional Inspection: All mold components undergo full CMM inspection post-machining, with critical dimensions achieving CPK ≥ 1.33 to guarantee mold fit and part consistency.
· Material & Heat Treatment Control: Core components use imported or top-tier domestic tool steel, with full process traceability for heat treatment and hardness testing per component.
